Well-Being

Always remember to treat your body with kindness.

To nourish it with good food and enough water,

To get enough sleep,

To never push yourself too hard.

Because you are all that you have.

You have no choice in the body you are born into.

But you do have a choice of what you do with it.

When you treat your body with affection,

your mind will follow suit.

And in turn, you will treat others just as kindly.
